A clear way to leave.
Revoking access and deleting stored records are different actions. Here is how to handle both, including requests about comments.
1. Revoke access on TikTok.
If you have authorized a live connection, open TikTok’s account security settings and find the connected apps or app permissions section. Select Stillkind (or the application name shown during authorization) and remove its access. Menu labels may vary by app version.
Revocation withdraws the authorization for future access. It does not automatically delete comments or account information previously stored by Stillkind, and does not undo comments already hidden.
2. Request deletion of Stillkind data.
Contact the operator through the email listed on our contact page with the subject “Stillkind data deletion”. Include your Stillkind account email and connected TikTok username. Tell us whether you want the entire account deleted or a specific record reviewed.
Do not send your password, API keys or access tokens. Before deleting or disclosing records, we may need proportionate verification that you own the account or are entitled to make the request.
The contact page provides an active email address for privacy enquiries and deletion requests, including requests concerning correspondence sent to the studio.
3. What a deletion request covers.
An account-deletion request covers eligible Stillkind login and session records, connected TikTok identifiers and stored authorization tokens, imported videos and comments, scan state and moderation history.
Deleting these records does not delete your TikTok account or the original content on TikTok. It also does not automatically restore previously hidden comments. Review any restore requests before asking to remove your moderation history.
Records subject to a legal retention obligation or a specific dispute may need to be retained, restricted to that purpose. Production backup expiry is still to be finalized before launch; provider logs may follow separate retention rules described in the privacy notice.
4. If you are a commenter.
You do not need a Stillkind account to make a privacy enquiry. Provide the relevant creator username, video link and enough information to identify your comment. We may coordinate with the creator where they are responsible for the moderation data.
We cannot remove content directly from someone else’s TikTok account merely because a deletion request was sent to Stillkind. Use TikTok’s own controls for your original comments and account.
5. Response and confirmation.
For requests governed by the GDPR, the usual response period is one month. If an extension is permitted because of complexity or request volume, we will explain the reason and timing. Once a verified request is processed, the operator will confirm the outcome and explain any records that must remain.
The preview currently has no automated account-deletion button. Production deletion handling and backup procedures must be finalized and verified before accepting live customer data.
