1. Operator and service status.
Stillkind is operated by Theodor Borth, a sole proprietor in Vienna, Austria, under the Stillkind Studio brand. The company information page provides the business address and contact details.
Live TikTok functionality requires developer-app approval, the required permissions, a supported account and the account owner’s authorization. Access has not yet been represented as approved.
2. Eligibility and authorization.
The intended service is for adults acting in a professional capacity as creators or authorized business representatives. Connect only an account you own or are authorized to manage, and keep your Stillkind login credentials secure.
TikTok authorization must be granted through TikTok’s own flow. You remain responsible for your account, your content and the instructions you give for moderation. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s terms and policies.
3. What the product does.
The intended live service discovers comments accessible through TikTok’s API, uses AI to classify spam and scams, and requests hiding of high-confidence matches. It provides activity history and a way to request restoration. The current policy is focused on crypto and finance creator communities.
Scheduled scans are designed to run every 30 minutes. Timing and completeness depend on workload, account access and provider limits. We do not guarantee real-time processing, detection of every harmful comment or error-free classification.
A restore request may not make a comment visible if TikTok has restricted, removed or otherwise moderated it. Stillkind does not provide financial advice and does not validate the safety or accuracy of financial claims.
4. Acceptable use.
Use the service only for authorized moderation of your own or a client’s account. Do not use it to violate rights, gain unauthorized access, bypass platform limits, harvest personal data, create influencer-ranking databases or sell TikTok data.
Do not share access tokens or submit credentials in support messages. Do not represent Stillkind as an official TikTok service or as a guarantee of compliance or safety.
5. Preview access.
This website provides publicly accessible information about Stillkind Studio and its product. No TikTok connection is required to read it.
There is currently no paid checkout or automatic billing. Browsing the website or contacting the studio does not create a subscription. Any future commercial service will be subject to separately presented terms before purchase.
6. Data and intellectual property.
You retain the rights you hold in your content. Any access given to Stillkind is limited to providing the requested service. The product and branding remain the property of their respective owners.
Our privacy notice describes personal data processing and providers. Before customer comment data is processed on a creator’s behalf in production, the applicable data processing agreement and instructions must be in place.
7. Ending access and deleting data.
You may stop using the preview at any time. For an authorized live connection, you can revoke access through TikTok’s connected-app settings. Revocation and deleting stored Stillkind records are separate actions.
We may suspend access where needed to address abuse, unauthorized use, a security incident or a platform requirement. Contact the operator if you believe access was restricted in error.
8. Availability and mandatory rights.
This preview may change or be unavailable while development continues. TikTok and other providers may change or withdraw API access. Do not rely on the preview as your only moderation process.
Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No unsupported liability cap, jurisdiction clause or commercial warranty is established by this draft. The complete contract will identify the operator’s jurisdiction and applicable terms before paid service starts.
9. Changes and contact.
We will publish updated terms when the product launches or materially changes. The final terms, operator details and price must be available before a user enters a paid contract. Contact the studio with questions using the contact page.
